High Tech Grinding's HTG-8004E machine; It is a remote-controlled, 4-head, concrete grinding and polishing machine with a working width of 800mm. This 6th generation machine is being developed day by day.
Weighing 555kg, the machine has enormous head pressure and counter-rotating heads that allow easy control of the machine and stable application.
Remote control; This means that the operator is not straining his body by pushing the machines against the floor and can focus on related tasks such as managing the cable and vacuum hose, controlling the vacuum function and checking the floor. It provides easy control of the machine with walking speed adjustment, head speed adjustment, direction bar control and emergency stop button. After the machine is adjusted in a certain direction, it continues to advance in this way until the user stops the machine. The controls do not need to be constantly held in position. With the remote control, you can control the machine from the front of the machine, if you encounter any obstacle, you can stop the machine or change direction by intervening.
OTHER FEATURES:
It has gear-operated heads with more efficient wiping power, which do not need more belts for movement and stopping.
It consists of 4 heads with counter-rotation power for a better wiping and balanced control.
It has heads with a rotation speed of 450-1950RMP and a main disc with a rotation speed of 300RMP.
